How to make a citizen complaint concerning the
Lewiston-Auburn 911 Communications Center

During the calendar year 2007, the Lewiston-Auburn 911 center had six
(6) complaints, five were formal complaints and one (1) that was an
informal complaint.

Of the six complaints, four were sustained and two were exonerated
